Effective March 12, 2024- CCA will enforce the 2023 NEC and 2023 MEC.
Construction Code Authority will be closed July 5th, 2024.

Payment forms accepted: Cash/Check/Credit Card (VISA & Mastercard only- 3.5% surcharge fee applies for all credit card transactions)

To schedule an inspection with a clerk, please call (810) 667-0420 during office hours.

Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical inspections are conducted Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Building and Rental inspections are conducted Monday through Friday.

Construction Code Authority will be closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (and the following Friday), Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve
